1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Certain medical supplies and personal care products may be non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons (see "Non-Returnable Items" below).
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Opened or used medical supplies.
- Personal care items (e.g., masks, wound care products, syringes).
- Customized or special-order items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA Number inside the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within [X] business days.

- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned following the above policy.
